Indians get a visa and come to Canada as "students". They pay a $50,000 bribe for a LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment) in which the prospective employer states that he just can't find any worker in his area. So, these "students" get a "job" as soon as they land in Canada. Plus, this employer has a rental property. He rents out the basement to a staggering 25 people.

If this scummy employer can sell 5 LMIAs in a year and charge 25 people $500 monthly rent, then his annual take in cash is $400,000. This guy can buy a new house every few years and have a small collection of properties in no time. He scams Canadians out of real jobs and then, to rub salt in the wound, jacks up the real estate prices with his dirty money. Of course, he thinks that White people are lazy because they don't succeed in his vicious arena.
