In Sweden research was done into refugees given asylum for fleeing oppression & living in war zones.

They found 79% had returned home on vacation at some time.

That 79% figure is the secondary issue. The primary problem is the total lack of action from the Swedish government! If a "refugee" goes home for vacation, then it should automatically lead to a) the cancelation of his refugee status, b) a ban from entering Sweden, and c) a significant fine, let's say, $20,000.
How hard is to implement those policies against scummy foreigners? Not making and enforcing such simple and strict rules only guarantees that they'll attract more filthy fraudsters.
