The state of England

Police have been accused of heavy handedness after an autistic teenage girl was arrested by seven officers after saying 'a female officer looked like her lesbian nana'. The 16-year-old, who also suffers from scoliosis, had been driven to her home in Leeds, West Yorkshire, by officers after midnight when she allegedly made the comment.

She was later dragged away screaming in the early hours of Monday morning having been served a 'homophobic public order offence'.

The police have resources to spare in England. Crime must be down significantly for them to use seven officers to arrest one girl.

Oh, never mind:

Crime rates on Oxford Street are surging as London's famous shopping district falls into disrepair, a Marks & Spencer executive has warned. Sacha Berendji, the chain's operations director, said the area had once been 'the jewel in London's shopping crown' but was now little more than 'empty shops, littered streets and fewer visitors'.

He said shocking scenes of social media-fuelled carnage this week as thugs attempted to loot stores were 'another reminder of how bad things are'.

Hey, at least, those diverse thugs didn't commit a homophobic public order offence.

Is this Bidenomics?

One has to make sacrifices for art.

The average salary is in the toilet and the real estate market stays out of reach:

Immigration Minister Marc Miller is expected to announce Canada’s annual immigration plan later this year, which provides details on the number and categories of newcomers the country will welcome in the next three years. As per the current plan, the country aims to invite 465,000 permanent residents in 2023, 485,000 in 2024 and 500,000 in 2025.

More:

Miller admitted the current economic situation is challenging and said the federal government needs to ensure “people can have a roof over their heads.” But he also said blaming newcomers for those challenges is unfair.

True. It is unfair to blame the immigrants. I blame the reckless whores in politics who have devastated the living standards of the younger generations by artificially restricting the supply of real estate while inflating the demand with their open borders policy.

How the hell do half the boomers have less than $60k in their retirement account? They had higher wages and lived through the Internet boom and the epic rise of the FAANG stocks! Looks like it all went to real estate.
