It's always amusing when there's a formal "heat wave" in Ontario, Canada. That's three or more days with maximum temperatures above 32C. I lived in Saudi Arabia. We would get three or more months with minimum temperatures above 32C. I would often do grocery shopping around midnight in the summer when it was a nice, cool 36C. We would crack 50C on a few hellish days. That ice cream would have melted before one could even take it out of the wrapper.
