The Old Ways

We have been practicing "the old ways" for years. We put up about 600 to 700 jars of produce, and a few hundred pounds of game meat each year. This year we also added pinto beans and hominy to the mix. We started 15 years ago with a pressure cannner and a dozen jars for salsa. pic.twitter.com/4BRLukGFMx
