My dad is 63 and didn't listen, fell 10 feet on to concrete, and broke most of the bones between his waist and his skull
BUT. He was in excellent health, and 2 years later is little worse for the wear
Brutal. The tiny loss of muscle and reflexes happens every day but our pride, independence, and stubbornness won't allow for the harsh truth. The results can be ugly.
