Does this count as "misinformation"?

Pakistan’s Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony recently said that Pakistan’s religious minorities enjoy full religious freedom in Pakistan.

It's somewhat amusing that total religious freedom is against Islamic rules but he has to lie on the global stage and not bring attention to the ugly reality:

Pakistan’s constitution bans any religious minority from holding the role of president, prime minister or chief justice – a blatantly discriminatory measure that sends a message throughout Pakistani society on the role and status of religious minorities.

Imagine the fake outrage if the US decided that only Christians could hold political office.
