Logic vs. emotion

Quite logical:
"Representation is so important"
— Margarita (@margaritaevna95) October 29, 2020
The phrase assumes that someone cannot achieve something unless they see someone else exactly like, them superficially, achieve that thing. It suggests we can't relate to someone unless they have the same skin colour, or gender. It is racist.
What's amusing is that this "representation matters" nonsense only applies where the coloreds are in low numbers. Their own rhetoric is curiously missing from the NFL and the NBA, for example. Why are they not fighting for White representation in those arenas? Their silence is violence!
Anyway, someone wasn't happy and called her stupid. Her reply:
Calling someone’s idea stupid rather than providing an intelligent and coherent counter-response is the best way to show that you have not thought at all about an issue. And in fact are emotionally attached rather than logically convinced of your own ideas. https://t.co/SjDgLMwJd9

Oh, Margarita, you privileged, pampered, White girl, you!
I’m not white. I’m indian. I grew up with both parents (that’s my privilege) who worked 12 hours shifts in factories to put food on the table. Please be mindful of your assumptions about people.

The last one:
