Canada already has a financial rape culture in which the top marginal income tax rate exceeds 50%. So, might as well have a rape culture.

Also, the state doesn't need to match the girlfriends to Muslim men at a one-to-one ratio. 1:20 would be more satisfactory. Winning! Hey, if 20 out of 21 people enjoy a gang rape, then that's just democracy in action.
