It's cute when Carvey calls Obama "smart" and then portrays him as incompetent. Though, to be fair, none of the other living ex-Presidents are good either. After Reagan, America has had okay-to-mediocre communicators.

I would settle for a president who might be a mediocre communicator, but who actually stuck to actual conservative--which in the U.S. generally means classically liberal--positions and policies.
