The Joys of Rape

A bit of history from the beginnings of Islam:

After conquering the Banu Mustaliq tribe in A.D. 628, Muhammad’s men deemed it “necessary” to rape their captive women [5] (citing their wives’ absence and untended desires). However, they also wanted to sell these women for a profit, which posed complications, as copulating with them risked impregnating them. So they rationalized that ‘azl (coitus interruptus) would solve the problem and asked Muhammad. The prophet went one step further and offered a cosmic rationalization [6], dismissing coitus interruptus as unnecessary, “for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born” — that is, pullout or not, you cannot thwart Allah’s will, so don’t bother.

How convenient. Murder, pillage, rape -- it's all Allah-approved!

Compassion in Slavery

Protein Wisdom:

the “Progressives” view of Government, one we see quite clearly in the long game of Obama, et al, is that it is to be the most important relationship in an individual’s life. Government as Parent, Spouse and God, provider of the “right” to food, shelter, clothing, employment, education, medicine …

… no matter who it may have to enslave to provide that “right”.

The Horrible Truth

Dry Bones:

President Obama seems stuck with the dopey old idea that withdrawing from territory will placate those who lust for our destruction and that America can help by negotiating on behalf of the Islamic states that refuse to accept the idea of a Jewish State within their sea of Moslem dictatorships and theocracies.

It's amazing just how spectacularly Israel has shrunk from the time it controlled the Sinai and the West Bank. Yet, peace is not near for the Muslim don't want peace. They seek the destruction of Jews. Just look at the modern Muslim world and try to find any national figure who openly wants neutral, let alone friendly, relations with Israel. You'll end up with a blank list.

Another Infidel, Another Threat

Aussie Dave:

At the Facebook group dedicated to the palestinian Avatards, someone took exception to my post pointing out some anti-Semitism displayed in the messages.

And by “took exception”, I mean “threatened to kill me.”

How dare Aussie Dave say that Palestinians are supporters of terrorism and violence against Jews! Doesn't he know that he's hurting the feelings of logic-deficient Muslims?

Is Attraction A Choice?

A most interesting post at Vox Popoli:

there are certainly women who master this primal urge for excitement, mystery and perception of male power, who exert their rational faculties and succeed in choosing their lovers utilizing at least some degree of reason rather than simply trusting to the vagaries of instinct. But that does not mean that the primal urge does not exist in them, or that it is not there to be appealed to by men who recognize it and knowingly manipulate it or by men whose natural behavior tends to stimulate it. Awareness of this dichotomy of female attraction is useful knowledge for men and women alike, since the woman who is aware of it is less likely to find herself being swept away unconsciously by it, and the man who is aware of it can either use it to avoid behaving in a manner that provokes instinctive disgust in women or to behave in a manner that permits manipulation of those instincts.

Fear and Loathing in America

On Obama:

This is not someone who can be trusted with power.

Racist!

Gateway Pundit:

A CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll released today found that 59 percent of Americans surveyed opposed the Obamacare. 39 percent favored it.

Democratic Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s favorability rating is at 11%.

I hope these bastards get clobbered in November.

Other countries are worse. Exhibit A: Britain -- where, now, the state manages more than half of the GDP. America is running towards the same boundary. Derbyshire asks:

Anyone feel like talking about exceptionalism today?

Nope.

A Dark Day for America

The Globe and Mail:

Far beyond the political ramifications — a concern the president repeatedly insisted he paid no mind — were the sweeping changes the bill held in store for millions of individuals, the insurance companies that would come under tougher control and the health care providers, many of whom would face higher taxes.

Yeah, that'll help the economy.

So many freedoms will be lost. One example:

For the first time, most Americans would be required to purchase insurance, and face penalties if they refused. Much of the money in the bill would be devoted to subsidies to help families at incomes of up to $88,000 a year pay their premiums.

Just Flip It

When I was in grade 12, my computer science teacher assigned me a strange project. I had to create brochures for a special class in the school. For that, I needed to scan information and the scanner in the computer lab was painfully slow.

Oh, how awesome it would have been to use this marvel.

Sabotage and Drama

Vox Popoli:

Time is not cruel, but it is both indifferent and inexorable. In almost every circumstance, the women that I have seen turn down good men of suitable quality who wanted to marry them in their early and middle twenties wound up settling for lower quality men in their late twenties and thirties. And they are the fortunate and happy ones; those who are still unmarried and childless in their early forties are nearly all full of regrets for the various opportunities they either rejected or simply allowed to pass them by.

It's a painful truth: some things in life cannot be fixed.

Silent Victims

Vox Popoli:

if I genuinely hated women, then surely I would celebrate the ongoing destruction of millions of baby girls instead of opposing it so vociferously. And it is eminently fair to ask, in return, how anyone can reasonably be considered a supporter of women's rights when they are in favor of permitting literally millions of baby girls to be put to death around the globe.

To them, licentiousness is more important than life.

Also, read the first comment there. I have trouble deciphering its nature; is it straight seriousness or parody?

Son of Hamas

The Wall Street Journal:

'I absolutely know that in anybody's eyes I was a traitor," says Mosab Hassan Yousef. "To my family, to my nation, to my God. I crossed all the red lines in my society. I didn't leave one that I didn't cross."

Now 32, Mosab is the son of Sheikh Hassan Yousef, a founder and leader of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas. Throughout the last decade, from the second Intifada to the current stalemate, he worked alongside his father in the West Bank. During that time the younger Mr. Yousef also secretly embraced Christianity. And as he reveals in his book "Son of Hamas," out this week, he became one of the top spies for Israel's internal security arm, the Shin Bet.

Wow.

At the end of the day a traditional Muslim is doing the will of a fanatic, fundamentalist, terrorist God. I know this is harsh to say. Most governments avoid this subject. They don't want to admit this is an ideological war.

"The problem is not in Muslims," he continues. "The problem is with their God. They need to be liberated from their God. He is their biggest enemy. It has been 1,400 years they have been lied to."

He just shaved off 50 years of his life.

What A Schmuck!

Aaaiieeee via Hardocp:

Israel's military has "unfriended" one of its own - after a combat soldier potentially updated Israel's enemies on Facebook.

The military said Wednesday that a planned raid on a West Bank village was called off after the soldier disclosed its details online. The military said the soldier posted the time and location of the raid on his Facebook page, saying that troops were planning on "cleaning up" the village.

This is not going to look good on his resume.
