Forget the poor guy who just lost his job. The real problem is the terrible pressure to provide for the family this now puts on his working wife!

Well, I don't want to be too snarky, really. But it seems to me that if people want to read articles about how hard the recession is on men who are being laid off, then they could write them. I guess it's harder to actually write the article you think ought to be out there, easier to just critique the article somebody else wrote.
