Must be one of those old billion vs new billion issues. I like the nice metric like deal where:
1,000,000 is a million
1,000,000,000 is a billion
1,000,000,000,000 is a trillion and so on.

Then the French come in and turn decimal points into commas and commas into decimal points and the British come in with a trillion being called a billion and suddenly the idea of a global dictatorship standardizing some of this crap becomes really tempting.

Where's Genghis Khan when you need him? Oh, working for the FBI I guess. With 2 trillion dollars they had better be funding a robot army to conquer the world or at least a mind-control ray. If they are frittering it away on Mulder and Scully's office I am going to be pissed.
