Honest Glee
Sep 01, 2008
It’s looking extremely likely that Sarah Palin’s latest child is not hers, but is actually her daughter’s.
Later:
I can’t contain my glee, to be honest. McCain is toast. But also - she so fucking had it coming. This one scandal, in one package, so completely captures the hypocrisies and dishonesty of Republicans. They were getting ready to bludgeon pro-choicers with a Down syndrome baby, which is a disgusting rotten trick, when disability rights advocates tend to be left-wing and pro-choice, not Republicans (who are notorious for their disregard for babies once they’re born). And this muckraking wouldn’t be so easy to do with a clean conscience if the baby had not been made a campaign issue by Republicans, who value women only as womb-machines.
Classy.
I hope the Democrats don't burn themselves on this story, because the truth is that no one will consider this a scandal, and they're gonna make fools of themselves if they push it.
And I believe the Republicans have been in power way too long. It's dangerous for a party to be entrenched too long, they start abusing power.

8 years is "way too long"?

They better learn to contain themselves real quick because even Andrew Sullivan has admitted that there is now conclusive photographic evidence to support the claim that Trig Palin is Sarah Palin's child.

She's going to be mugged by reality one of these days.
The more she seethes and hates the more it's going to eventually hurt.

Scorpion, you're talking about Apostate, right?
She's supremely dishonest. She deals with criticism by deleting it rather than defending herself.

"They were getting ready to bludgeon pro-choicers with a Down syndrome baby, which is a disgusting rotten trick, when disability rights advocates tend to be left-wing and pro-choice, not Republicans...."
Wait - we're talking the talk, who told them they could walk the walk?
Funny how that happens!
