Buying a Girl

A 13-year-old girl was rescued after her stepfather tried to sell her for Rs 30,000 [~US$500] to a midget named Muhammad Ramzan in Lahore on Tuesday.
It is sad that the stepfather made the offer to sell his daughter. An offer which was accepted.
