Everybody has a Problem

Even the super-rich have problems. Thankfully, they're in a minority. I am always surprised by this:

37% do not have a will, trust, or health care durable power of attorney.

These folks have assets which have value in the 8 digits. It is unfortunate but they have to make some kind of arrangement(s) since the tax structure is setup to soak them if they don't.
