A mindless law
Oslo police chief of staff Roger Andresen told the San Francisco Chronicle that the maximum prison term suspected killer Anders Behring Breivik could face is 21 years under Norwegian law.
I can understand arguments against the death penalty but a maximum limit of around two decades in jail? That's asinine. A mass murderer deserves, at the very least, life in prison.
