Hating Free Speech
A RATHER EXPANSIVE DEFINITION OF “HATE SPEECH,” from UCLA’s Chicano Studies Research Center. Well, really it’s pretty much the same old definition: “Speech I don’t like.”
The First Amendment is a gem.
A commenter at The Volokh Conspiracy writes:
"Hate speech" is any time you're winning an argument with a liberal.
Or you get called all sorts of -isms.
